03 Cobra wiring
I bought a totaled 03 cobra mustang and dropped the motor, tranny and running gear into a 99 gt chasis. the swap went pretty good but the wiring harnesses don't match up. Can antone help me with wiring diagrams? Or have you done this kind of swap before?

did you try to use the 99 gt wiring harness?

Harnesses won't match up. You'll have to do some splicing.
I don't know about GT to Cobra diagrams, but if you look at some of the Eaton swap threads they'll show how to go from 99/01 Cobra to 03/04.
