Exhaust quesion.

Looking to change my exhaust next week. I am getting a magnaflow catted X pipe and slp lm1 catback. Now my question is will my exhaust sound better if I just weld on the lm1 resenators on the stock piping or just get the whole catback system?

The LM1 is crazy loud that I have heard! With just the resenators I would think it's not going to be a loud but you can do some youtube searchs to find your set up your trying to do I bet!

I have the magnaflow catted x pipe. Now I'm thinking of just getting slp lm1 resonators not the whole catback but I don't know how they will sound with the stock 2 1/4" piping.

My exhaust was installed Friday and I love the sound!! I didn't even had the car on the road yet and I had many compliments from the mechanics that installed the exhaust. With cats on lm1s it sound perfect.
