Losing power!

Well one of my buddys has a 03 cobra(my avatar has mine and his car) well on the dyno with no programmer he put out 46x HP and 48x tq well the car was running like a champ then he went and got a Diblo Predator handheld and now in 2nd gear at about 5500 rpm he starts to lose power shifts into 3rd and the same... i havnt personally been in the car but thats what he explains to me then he return it to stock and no problem .. could he possibly be pegging his fuel pump ?? what are the Rated at?? or could the handheld be messed up?? thanks in advance

He needs a custom dyno tune. Running 460rwhp on a stock tune is no bueno and he is probably running dangerously lean. Stock fuel pumps are fine for his level.

thats what i told him that he needed at good dyno tune even a tune from tricktuners but not some tune that a dealer put on it
