Cobra Grill Emblem

Did any of the new edge cobras come with the Cobra emblem on the grill from the factory? If, so what year(s); or is it just another add-on?

All New Edge Cobras came from the factory with a horse in the grille. American Muscle sells the Cobra emblem, there may be other vendors but this is the one that I know of.

Thanks, Thats what I thought, just wasn't sure. I just bought an 03 Cobra today, and I like the look of the cobra emblem, but I didn't to get one if it went on some other mustang.

You will need a special socket to change it out, go take a look at the screws and you will see what I mean. You can pick up a small kit at pretty much any auto parts store, it's cheap too.

a small flathead screw driver works as well.

Works best with a T25 torx bit. I had swapped mine for a while but I put the horse back in.
