Lash Adjuster for Cam Degreeing?
Where does everyone usually get their adjustable solid lash adjusters for cam degreeing? I see modular head shop has a kit for about $70, I know MMR sells one too, among a few other places.
Edit: Just did some research on MMR, only $30, but mixed reviews. Basically, which one does everyone use/reccommend? ...as I sit here waiting for my damn Ford 4v spring compressor to come in. I saved about $80 by going through Tousley Ford, but it's taking some time for it. They also saved me about 60% on cam bolts, so I really can't complain.Bonus: If you know any good writeups for keeper removal/installation I'm all ears. That is one thing I really do not want to mess up. I also got a new set of them while I was at it as extra insurance.

If you degree using the centerline method you can use a welded adjuster. If you use the .050" open and close method you will need a true adjustable adjuster.

Well I don't need the "true" adjustable lash adjuster, I'm doing it the ICL method like you mentioned. Though the adjustable feature would be nice.
Have you heard anything about the MMR one? I might just go that route. Also any insight as to lash adjuster re-installation? I know you've got to bleed them out after you remove them, but I assume it would be good to pump them back up before you fire the engine to get back to zero lash. Will priming the oiling system and cranking it a few times take care of that? Excuse my ignorance. These hur fancy mod motors are a far cry from the old pushrods I've worked on. No having to set lash with feeler gauges is nice though.
