Mach 1 hesitation

My Mach has like a hesitation at 1-2000 rpms past that its fine. Does almost feel like a misfire but no check engine light at all. I have done the fuel filter and spark plugs already but still no help. I believe its sensor related.

Any ideas. Im.gonna clean the maf tonight, the iac and then after its the pcm which may need to be recalibrated?

You have any way of testing the throttle position sensor to see if its dropping out? You could just probe for dc voltage at the center wire of the sensor with key on engine off and slowly increase the throttle by hand looking for the voltage to drop out.

I just swapped a tps from another motor I had in my garage. Didn't fix it. Here is where the issue I believe is. While datalogging, the exact rpm range with the issue is shows a very low spark count. Could this be the coils. There was oil on them wwhen I checked. Valve cover gasket time and coils I will do next

sounds like maybe time to change some coil packs.. buy a new one and swap it around until you can find which cylinder it is.. mine did this and i just changed all of them and solved the problem.. could be wrong but sounds like similar trouble i experienced

I have a similar problem with mine but hoping its just a tuning issue cause it didnt start till after the blower. It hesitates just off of idle on accel then comes right out of it.

Thanks guys. I believe its the coil packs they had oil on them. Need to do valve cover gaskets then cop. Ill post a datalong tonight.
