SCT Tuner unlock fail

My Mach has been tuned and I have that was my fifth unlock but the unit still worked perfect today, unmarried it tonight to install updates and bam, wont unlock. what caused this if it worked today?

Here is the update. Sct has horrible customer service and since I posted this emails me once a week regardingthe issue. I wonder if diablosport is better.

Give them a call, I had a couple issues with mine and they got it corrected over the phone by taking over my computer and fixed it within 10 minutes, no charge!

I called them. They said that it wont be covered. Took two weeks to figure out. I'm paying to get it fixed then may sell it and research diablosport

Do you remember who you talked to over at SCT? Do you remember step by step on what happened with the device? Did this happen when updating the device or when you went out to tune the car?

Does anyone know how the diablosport campares to the sct. How many unlocks do they get?

Well its been a week since I last heard from JR. He Tod me its not covered because someone else in another department had said no. He never put me in contact with them nor does he return emails or calls.

I'm sorry to say they don't stand behind anything and their customer service is very poor. I have to call and email everyday for three weeks to still get nowhere. I will call his supervisor tomorrow and ask to see why is this going on. If after an update I lose my unlocks why is this my fault. It was mated to the Mach, put back to stock to update and then fails.

If this logic makes sense then I would only be allowed to update my tuner three times and then it would be a useless desk weight.
