boltons, and mods aren't always in the name of more power. Sometimes it's in the name of making the car more efficient whether it be stiffening the chassis, changing the suspension geometry, or just lightening up the car. People claim to get up to 10lbs of torque from the spacer, and the throttle response is improved.

I don't know about you, but I will squeeze every avenue to get every available bit of horsepower that I can out of a car. Along with making it as efficient as possible by adjusting the suspension right, reducing parasitic loss as much as possible, and making the most of what I have. Then after that if I want more power, I'll look into power adders.

a bottle. trust me the mach 1 will love it. i had mine on spray for 20,000 miles got rid of it. another great mod would be 4.10 gears and for racing LCA. i also had them on my mach 1 but depending on what you want to do with the car you might want to wait on the gears untill you can build the entire rear end. anyways love the mach. looks great.

I say 4.30 or 4.10 if your are going to stay N/A or run on the bottle.

I was in the same boat as you man. got a clean low-mileage Mach, that was fairly stock. I started with bolt-ons, got a Tri-ax, 4.10s, LT's, X, catback, tune, RAI. then went suspension, Tubular K and A's, UCA's, LCA's, coilovers, bushings, FLSFC's. Then decided to go FI. Got a KB 2.1 intercooled, and a new clutch, Mcleod RST twin disk. Im way more happy with the car that my previous GT. I just threw a KB at it and hoped for the best. With the Mach having all the bolt-ons and suspension, it all compliments the blower so much. The thing rides on rails, and has instant power. and still having the 4.10s is a BLAST on the street or track. Make goals, go slow, and try to build a good NA car before building a good FI car.

Finally made it to the track today. Best pass was a 12.9 @ 107 mph. 1.8 60ft. Unfortunately we were driving right into the wind today, so im confident the car will go quicker yet on a day with little to no wind.
