99 Cobra alternator Serpentine belt help

Ok replaced my 03 Gt with no problems. Nice hole to torque the tentioner. Tonight I look at my daughters 99 Cobra because I'm going to pull the Alternator and have it checked.

Problem:
I can't find where there is a spot to torque the tentioner to remove the serpentine belt? WT???? What am I missing here. Looks like a round hole in the middle of the tentioner. Where do I get something on the tentioner to take the belt loose????

Ok now this has become HOW DO YOU GET AN ALTERNATOR OFF A 99 COBRA!!!!
I used the bolt from the tentioner to release the tention on the belt. I took everything off the alternator and it's free except I can't get it out of the hole with the duel water pipes coming in.

What do I need to do to get this little S$%^& off?
