take off the wheel and look to see if the springs are different on each side, also look to see if the side that sits lower A Arm is bent.

If none of those jack the car up and measure the k-member and see if it looks bent.

As for the rack and pinion you might need new tire rods, ball joints, or just a whole new rack. A shop should be able to figure that one out cant tell from the video.

For the EGR just delete it

As for the Eaton/Ford SVT thing they are just different. My lightning has something different than what ive seen on other cars. Dont worry.

Usually when the hi side of your dpfe (sensor for the egr) blows off its because of a restriction in the exhaust, more than likely plugged catalytic converters, most shops are able to test for excessive backpressure.

You need to take it to a good front end shop. A shop that specializes in front end work. The ride height difference from left to right can be caused by a number of things. Most obvious is springs, but a car that has taken a hard hit could have a number of other issues. Suspension or unibody iteself. The creaking in the steering is likely outer tierod ends. Seen it many times on the sealed factory tierods. But a front end shop can check this very easily. If the DPFE line is blowing off the you have an exhaust restriction. Easiest way to check is to put a vacuum gauge on manifold vacuum and make sure it is 17-19 inches of vacuum at idle. Low vacuum indicates restricted exhaust. No other way to check it other than drop the exhaust manually. Its not rocket science...

You can remove the upstream o2 sensors and install a backpressure guage, def the most accurate way of doing it and very simple.

they test cats by drilling a 1/8 hole in the exhaust pipe before and after the cat and measuring the pressure difference. I don't know your specific numbers but a decent exhaust shop should.
