I only ask because I want to calculate the shipment to Switzerland.

But that is really a good deal. What you think, would I get 500$ for my old short block with 47k miles??

Another question. Yesterday I had to go to the car inspection and the guy told, that I have to replace the chamber adjustment bolt rubber of the rear control arm ( donno how that's exactly called in english) But I insert a pic of what I mean.

Where can I get these rubber?

I highly doubt that the source I heard it from is the type to spread or believe internet rumors... When the time came to build my car. We didn't play take the chance with a WAP. We sourced a teksid, and began with that...

I need the dust boots of the cross axis joints. But the problem is, I dont get them because no one offer them. Ford has a kit but they want 600$ for that.

There has to be someplace else that is much cheaper.. You can do a straight axle swap cheaper than that...

I think, I just put some RTV on the dust boots and hope the car-inspector accept that.

dust boots are done now, I hope they accept that.

But another question, when i install a new exhaust for example borla cat-back stingers would the new exhaust change the emissions?

Does anybody know whats the max of power/torque/speed/ the brake system can handle? Should be the same which also the 03 cobra has.

The pre-owner told me, that the pre-pre-owner changed the transmission and now it can handle around 500hp. I didn't got any papers to proof that and I also dont know which exactly trans I have. I only saw, that there was a number on the trans: ccca-1271A but I didnt find anything with this number.

As far as the exhaust goes, it should not have any effect on emissions as long as you left the cats alone.

I would say after you get to the 100hp above stock then you should upgrade the brakes.

As far as the transmission goes, he could swapped out for a different trans, or built the exisiting. Might want to try and get in touch with original owner and asking him...

I think, I have to contact the pre-pre owner about the transmission.

About the brakes, that would mean I can go to ~490hp without change it?
