Termi Wheel Hop

Hey you guys with the termi cars how do you you guys get rid of wheel hop without doin a solid axle swap? I have a buddy with a 03 and he is always getting wheel hop when the tires break loose. Thanks

your buddy needs to stop wheel hop or else he will break a half shaft or his diff cover. he needs to get a diff support/girdle and install delrin bushings in his rear control arms.

This isn't the cheapest, but it's what I reccomend.

I've got the full tilt boogie kit and its a great one! id recommend it. but it won't stop wheel hop completely if you don't have a good set of tires! tires are very important for wheel hop. i have full length subframe connectors, bushings, race springs, Fore cover, and other things done to my IRS and i still wheel hop because my tires suck! id recommend doing all that stuff and getting a good set of tires to top it off

+1 to what everyone else has said especially about the tires. A set of good rear tires with a softer sidewall with a little more give like a drag radial.

I have the ftb kit and a Nitto 555R's and no problems with wheel hop. Also have a diff brace and sfc's.

Best option is do a straight axle swap and watch how much better the car hooks up. if he does any kind of drag racing do a striaght axle swap and be done with that junk irs

ya i know the straight axle swap is def. the best way to go. I do have to say i think that his car with the IRS handles better in the corners then mine for sure.

Probably not better than mine, and definitely not better than Jazzer's, though
