4v swap in 89 f1-50 Hard!?
Well i have a 97 cobra long block complete with wiring harness and ecu. what will it take to put this in a 89 f150 5 speed? Also what kind of tranmission does the f150 come with factory, will a t45 fit, is there a bellhousing to fit a t45 in the truck with out major fabrication to the f150? Thanks Guys

I would see if you can get a lightning trans, but a 4R70W should bolt up no problem.
