catalyic converter question

i know this probably soumds stupid but when people say they are catless does that mean all 4 cats are of or just the 2 last ones?

nvm i found the answer to this its just the x pipe i bought came with no cats because it was cut after the first set of cats, so now i need to cut the first set, but no shop will do it :/

Highly unlikely you'll find one that will.

Tampering/disabling factory emissions control equipment is a federal offense, they don't want to take that risk.

Not sure what you mean about the first set still being on there. My O/R X has no cats whatsoever, and bolts directly to the manifolds.
