Trans Question

I am really starting to feel the syncros when i shift to 2nd and sometimes into reverse. I would imagine my stock tranny just cant handle the power or torque i am throwing at it.

Question is, is there anything i can do to prolong its life, and how much should plan on spending when it does go out?

Just baby it until you get a TKO.

I've rebuilt my t-45 and it wasn't too bad. I got the rebuild kit from D&D performance. Their customer service is great and they know their stuff. I had to make a few tools, plus I have a rebuild walk-through if you want to take a look at it.
