SCT tuner is this compatible with my car? if not its for sale

i have an SCT tuner i got with my 2.1 k.b it was used on a sn.95 mystic cobra idk wht year but when i bought the k.b. he restored it back to stock tune does this tuner work on my 01 gt computer or does the tuner lock to a specific car whats the deal?

Ive read from other forums that once a tuner is restored to the stock tune on the first car its on then its okay to use on another car. But im not sure if the tunes for a sn95 cobra would be the same ones for a new edge GT. And also sn95 mystics where only produced in 1996
