Timing/AFR tables for n/a power

How much timing should I be running in a b headed 4.6 with IMRCs?
What about the AFRs?

Currently I have a stock thermostat, but I am installing a 160 this weekend.

For now, I just copied the stock max allowed timing tables into the borderline table.

From 3k to 5.5k = 21*
Above 5.5k=24*
I have my commanded AFR set at 12.5 from 3k on up.

With a 160* thermostat I'm hoping I will be able to add more timing mid range.

I don't have a wideband.

Total timing or timing advanced from stock?

My total timing is...

0-4k: 34*
4-7k: 32*
A/F: flat 13.0 to 7k.
93 octane.
Stock tstat with one 1/8" hole drilled in it at 12 o' clock.

Boy thats a bunch. With imrcs I shouldn't require that much correct? (of course while they are closed)

No, with the IMRC's you don't need as much. I only added a lot to make up for the torque loss in the lower rpm range with my deletes.
