car died while driving, now wont start

I was driving my 1997 Cobra, in fourth gear, just hit 7000 rpms, and 140 mph, just as i have done many times. the car suddenly shut off completely. i coasted to a stop. the car would not restart. i took out a plug, and checked for spark, no spark. i hear the fuel pump prime. battery is good. car will not start. has new coils, and wires, and plugs. checked two cylinders, no spark. i reset the computer via disconnecting the negative battery terminal and reconnecting, still will not start. please help me i need my car to get to work every morning.

also, no obdII codes are present. i now its either fuel, spark, or computer.. right ? pleaseee hellpppp
