Well it was about a year ago I pulled the motor from the car and everything is in place except what looks like a ground wire. The wire is one of the braided ground wires (i think its a ground wire), it is about 1 foot long with a pink/red shrink wrap cover. I was thinking it was a block to frame ground but can't remember where it goes for the life of me, and help would be appreciated.

I just went out to check mine, it's on the drivers side, runs from the frame to a bolt right behind the oil filter. I think it's actually a motor mount bolt if I remember correctly, I can't actually see it without jacking up the car.

Yup, I can confirm after removing/installing my motors, it's a stud thats the lower front bolt on the motor mount, driver's side, behind the oil cooler/adapter assembly.

Though oddly enough mine also had a heavy cable located on the back of the heads that went to the unibody.
