Any Ideas On What's Going On?

i have a 96 cobra. Every time i go to start the car after its been sitting for a couple hours. its starts rough. Low RPM's and acting like its not on all cylinders. bout 20-30 seconds later its idles and runs perfectly normal. during that time when i am pushing the gas a little the exhaust is popping like its under water.
im thinking its my plugs or wires. Just making sure its not anything else.
any ideas?!

I don't think plugs or wires are your culprit. If that was the case, it would run like crap all the time, or it would run fine cold and get worse the warmer the engine got.

When's the last time you seafoamed the car? B-ports have a dry port, and the *only* way to clean it without disassembly is to use Seafoam. With my '98 Cobra, I would just seafoam it every other oil change. FWIW, if you haven't done it, don't waste your time putting it in the gas, and only put it in the crankcase if you're going to change your oil in the next 30 minutes of runtime.

fuel delivery issues? I know after doing a pprv delete on my car, I would have to wait for the pressure to build back up or else the car would die or sound rough. I know your fuel system is different but its still something to check.
