UPR Snub Idler Bolt Hole

Odd question-
I've got this UPR snub idler for my supercharger belt drive. Looks like this-

Anyway, you can see where the smaller bolt goes through it, it's a clearance hole for a M6 bolt. The thing that's got my scratching my head is the bolt hole it matches up to on the pulley bridge is an M8. Now before I go drilling out this bracket, am I doing something wrong here, or am I missing a piece?

I have an idler waiting to go on but its STEEDA. I will check tomorrow and see how mine bolts. I don't believe it is needing any drilling though.

Yeah I just needed an example picture, but I have the UPR and it's identical. (Yeah I know, a UPR part identical to a competitor? What are the odds? )

I know where both the bolts thread in that are in the z-axis (into the picture) but the one small one in the y-axis (vertical) is about an M6, and sits right over a hole in the pulley bridge that's an M8. My thought was what with the holes lining up, I would assume that it bolts on there to keep it from rotating.

Of course the way the belt pushes on it and the way that tab sits, that bolt really wouldn't do much.
