Puff upon startup

Hey, little question here, i have a 2003 Mach 1, with 62k miles, and all your major bolt ons. This is the second Mach 1 ive had, the Car is immaculate, ive had it for about 3 months (since 57k miles), in the last month or so ive noticed right when i start my car that i get a puff of white/blue smoke, like oil. This ONLY happens when i start the car after its warm, never when its cold, for example if i go to the grocery store and turn the car off for 10-20 mins, then when i go to leave ill get a puff of smoke right when it starts, it doesnt smoke when im driving and the smoke goes away almost immediately, and its running fine (great in fact). From my research it seems a common reason for this is the valve seals getting worn, but my car only has 62k miles on it and was taken care of very well. Now- I did use 0w20 oil when i did the first oil change (that was the oil used previously in the car) and ive read that that could be a cause. Im doing an oil change tomorrow with the factory recommended 5w20 (Mobile 1). I was just curious if anyone else had this problem or if there is another thing other than valve seals causing this. I highly doubt its the piston rings as it doesnt smoke under load and this doesnt occur 100% of the time.

Thanks in advance for responses, i just wanna fix whatever is causing this, i no its probably not a big issue, but it is an issue at that. It doesnt seem to happen all the time, but it does happen often enough for me to post it, lol.

PS. ive heard that running a quart of tranny fluid in your oil for 150 miles then changing it can help condition your valve seals if thats the problem. Anyone else here that?

Another detail to note: My PCV valve was deleted on my intake side, but the drivers side plenum PCV is still hooked up, so i dont think its PCV related.

Sorry for the long post, just trying to be thorough. Thanks

You saw all of the posts in my thread lol...I'm hoping its not a big issue either, maybe our cars sat too long before we bought them...I know that was an issue with mine, but then again, alot of guys on here and SVTP say it's common
