bore and leave stock size valves in it. the 4v isnt in need of large lift, especially under boost.

A 0.030" overbore is better than nothing, but it isn't going to make much difference. Are these the '93-'95 heads or are they the '96-'98 heads?

4vs don't suffer from shrouding like 2V engines. The chambers can't be opened up because they are already the size of the bore and overboring does little to increase flow. Going to a 3.7" bore increases flow a little but the biggest gains are in opeining up the valve seats.

Restrictive valve seats - SVTPerformance

Going with .5mm oversize valves and opening the seats properly to work with them offers good gains but, this isn't needed whn adding a supercharger. 1mm oversize valves require new seats.

These are from a 98 mark VIII

also i was thinking of getting the cams ground by HP . Is that a good idea. i just want them to be more aggressive and pick up gains out of them .
