A guy here in town (actually he owns a shop called the hot rod store of TX) has a n/a Mach with 590rwhp, and a 2 stage N20 shot on top of that. I am having him do some work on my car soon, and I'll be able to bs with him about what all is done with his ride. It's killer to hear at idle too! I'm not sure if it's the stock displacement though....

At 590rwhp.. i would say its a super healthy 5.4. If its a 4.6, i wanna see that thing! 590rwhp is in the 680-700bhp range.. that would be one sick 4.6.

500hp on a 4v 4.6 is not that hard to beileve. It would be around the limit I would think for it but its not that crazy. Like sweet said, I am shooting for 450rwhp on my mach, and I will be running a 150 shot on top of that. I think we will hit it fairly easy with the build up we are planning. I have seen alot of n/a mach's hitting 400+ so I have full confidence in 450.

Mach1s are already over 10:1 from the factory, and take very little timing at high RPM, around 18-22* max when NA.

I've seen some 4.6 mod motors that have been prepped for certain all out race classes make 350ish RWHP when NA.

Couldn't you use the snow methanol injection... I thought I read that boosts octane of the gas if you really wanted to run even higher compression. Not sure if that is a stupid comment but hey.

350rwhp with a 4v car is like not even all the bolt ons. LOL If I had a full race prepped 4v N/A car It better be freakin hitting closer to 550rwhp.

BBR hit 400rwhp on a 3V maxing out the stock injectors. I have no doubt a 4V could hit 460-475

The day i see a stock bore, stock stroke N/A 281ci 4v lay down 590rwhp.. or even 550... I'll give up pushrods in favor of OHC again.
