Gt Pumps Limits? Rwhp?

ok i got the car below, with my mods and #s
i need to now the max rwhp i can get out of my
gt pumps lethal fuel manifold 8 an fitting
twin fpdc's with wire upgrade
8 an fuel hose from fuel tank to fuel rail?

1.with out a B.A.P
2.and with a B.A.P

im going to be getting a 2.75 pulley from k/b 24 psi.
and going to be running motor on a half and half mix of 93 and 117 octane gas
car will be towed to the track or get there early to let motor cool down all the way. so i got no heat soak.

i dont want to ''bug my tuner '',at this time. so im asking here?

amazon, will send me a tune ,and get it a/f checked b4 i run it.

edited added...>thats one thing a forgot it ask rick was the fuel pump duty cycle was at? with out the bap, i might need to call him.

i just didn't know if i needed the bap or not. im trying to get 700rwhp. and over 600 rwtq.

i got 641 right now on a mustang dyno, that is about 660/670 rwhp

you dont have to worry about maxing those pump out at all.

what FPDM's do you have? a modified, and a stock?

with 1 modified, and 1 stock, the FGT pumps, with no BAP it will easily handle 650RWHP. at that point lines become a issue which you have the upgrades done.

with the BAP, you have enough fuel for a easy 800RWHP car.

well i dont want to bug rick right now, i still got the bap bit not hooked up.. .i got a buyer for it for 200 bucks. but if i got to buy another one there like 259 plus shipping.

i told rick if i didnt need it dont hook it up. i never thought i'll be bumping the psi. up allready. it wouldnt be 24 psi all the time. thats just going for the gusto!
k/b is sending me a 2.75 pulley and a removale tool , and a windsheild banner for free!
for the heads up a gave them.

so i will need it for 750 rwhp.saying that just to be safe.

do you have a upper idler? i think your going to have terrible belt slip with the KB non grooved pulley, even with a idler. if you want to run more boost buy the BF hub and pulley setup, they make one for the KB snout, and i think for under $200 you get yoru choice of 3 pulley sizes, and they are grooved to help slip.

i would say without the BAP you have enough for 720ish RWHP, but theres no way your going to see that with a 2.6H on a stock motor. my friend 2.8H only made 670RWHP with 24PSI, and 112 octane, and he has full exhaust too.

i got 2 x 100mm idlers witht the snub , i just got 90 mm one there from now, cause i could find the right belt at the time with the 2.75 i can throw on the other 100 mm one for good wrap.. im going to call kb monday , i think i might have the 2.8 but not 50% sure .i got it from a dealer that wasnt supposed to sell them out right so i dont now what i got , i do know that the egr valve is really close to the firewall. i need case measurements?? on the 2.8 to be sure.
id be happy with 701 rwhp and over 620 rwtq. if possible'' with my current fuel system with no bap. oh with 24 psi
only going to get 1 pass with my vert , untill i get the roll bar.

i still got to do my egr delete still

i dont think its a 2.8H, first off your numbers would be alot higher than what they are, and second, it doesnt look big enough to be the 2.8.

i still think your going to have belt slip issues with the 2.75, even the the 100MM, if it were a non slip grooved pulley you would be ok, but its not.

i dont think you will see 700RWHP either, your going to be creating alot of heat with that blower spinning it that hard, IAT2 temps are going to be high, you would probably be better wtih about 21-22PSI.

it ussually takes a set of ported heads, and cams to make 700RWHP with a 2.6H, and high boost/race gas.

i changed my mind a want 711 rwhp sounds better LOL.

the car will be cold when i run it , it will be only warmed up enough to gets things warm?

cause i got 3.00 pulley that rick put and dynoed it. but wasnt cool down long b4 the dyno pull from the last appx 30 mins all other where 1 hr. apart with the 3.25 time was running short.

it did make 643/572 with 17 deg timing i forgot a/f i got to look at my sheets. with 21 psi. he said if it cooled down more it would prob . make some more.

i should have gotting him to load that tune in my sw. chip. i got it both ways sw. chip and x cal2

its going to start making heat regardless of heatsoak, or not, the only way your going to keep 24PSI on that blower from heat soaking is if you get a bigger IC resevoir, and pack it with ice.

col , i dont know how do keep the ice from getting plugged up in the sution hose? its like a need to put a screen in the bottom of it or some thing , and dont now if the stock H/E pump will move it all esp in the trunk?
or i could put in the pass. ft. seat area just for the track.

i think with 5 gals of ice it should be nice and cold right of the 24 psi set up?

if i run straight c 16 gas wont thats hurts my 02's
