John Mirhovitz - Fasted Modular - 6.35 @ 221 mph

Just wanted to spread the love. Try to Top 6.35 @ 221 mph! John Mihovetz broke the existing ET Record and is the ONLY Pro Street Car in the nation, maybe world, to break into the 30's.

John also posts on Modular Mustangs, and is the definitive answer the any and all 4V modular questions.

Check out his run.
Johns run starts about 1.00 min into the vid, but don't blink because you'll miss it. And remember he is running TT 4.6L....you might be surpised to know he is also running B-heads.

http://www.streetlegaltv.com/index.p...flv&playlist=1

Next time you have some kid with an SRT-4 arguing that a 2.3L DOHC is superior to a 4.6L DOHC just show them this video.

Does anyone know the weight of that car? I'm not a GM guy but I know Mike Moran has been Mid 6.20's @ 239mph in his Twin Turbo car. So it's not the fastest pro streeter. But its a cool car.

Mike Moran is running a 540 CI big block, whereas Mihovitz is running a 4.6L 4V. I figured this was a 4V Forum, not a Pro-Street Forum, thats why I posted it here.

I understand the cubic inch difference. And it bad ass that his car runs that. I'm just saying you said fastest pro street. Not true

Yeah, that looks like your basically saying hes the fastest.

John Mihovetz and his TT 4.6 being fast is old news, but always good news.

Well sorry about that people. I just hadn't seen anything else on the site about it (maybe I missed it). Seeing that this is a new 4V Forum I figured it would be OK to post a link to a superfast 4V car. Didn't mean to offend anybody, was just going on the information posted on the accufab website, which said he broke it in October 2007.

Yes, he was literally flying down the track at the PSCA 2007 Arizona Nationals held October 6th-7th. He qualified #1 with a 6.35 @ 221 mph. Then went on to duplicate those numbers in round 1. Round 2 brought similar results of 6.36 @ 222. He finished out the day winning the PSCA Pro Street Class with a 6.84 @ 216. Mihovetz and the entire race team was exhilarated by their success & look forward to upcoming events to finish out the 2007 season."

Damn that's pretty flippin fast! You said this guy posts on here. What's his screen name? I would like for him to take a look at that article I found on 4v heads and see what he has to say about it, yay or nay, since he is the definitive answer and all!

He actually posts on Modularfords.com from time to time, aswell as others.
Check the link below, John talks briefly about the different heads, and if you check the other posts he has made you will find lots of info about them.
