Cylinder Head Question

Is there aftermarket 4v heads that out flow the cobra heads? If so, what companies make them.

i've been told that there are no such thing as aftermarket heads for modular engines

Nope. no aftermarket. They use ford heads and P&P them. And a good P&P job on a 03/04 cobra head will flow more than most people will ever need.

I don't know of any aftermarket heads either, but just to give you an idea of what can be done with a 4v head he's a link to sean hyland motorsports, imo they are probaly the true front runners in mod motor performance.

Ford does sell an FR500 Head. It's the samw head, but ported. I would get yours ported by fox lake or livernois. They are both very reputable shops that offer off the shelve ported heads.
