You dont need to much...did one a year ago in mine...gt hood wont work.. stock wiring harness, strut tower brace wont work from gt, headers wont work from gt, cruise control cable wont work, people tell you throttle cable wont either, mine works fine though, If you use gt comp you need to remove IMRC's, have it tuned cause shes prolly not going to start when you first try to fire her up. Mine didnt and I know a few peeps who had the same problem, all I can rememeber off hand...feel free to pm if you need more help...

i think it would be better if you get the cobra pcm wiring harness and pcm.its just plug and play after that.tow it to ford and they will reprogram the pats for 100

If memory serves me correctly the PATS system is a major PITA when doing this.

its not to bad if you know the right people..wink.. I just bypassed it until I got the gt comp flashed...I put the starter on a toggle switch and away we went...When I had it tuned they flashed the the comp and we have been lover her ever since.. You dont need the cobra comp to make it work...still running my gt comp
