I've seen quite a few people take the paint off of their shaker to make it an aluminum color. It looks pretty good.

I guess I just wonder, why get the mach if you don't like the style? That is kinda its thing. But to each his own.

For the motor Doc, pure and simple. I wanted a termie, couldn't find one, so I bought the next best thing. I tried buying an '01 Cobra, but the only clean one was way to much.

I like the Mach, it just needs to be made into my own. I like to set myself a part a bit. My dad says the same stuff as you Doc, I wanted to put on a '01 Cobra front bumpe, and he bitched and moaned, and said everyone would think that the car had been smashed.

What do you guys think of painted mirrors, and a Cobra rear spoiler?

Sexy to me. And I really like the 01 front. Gives the car an aggressive but stock look to it.
