What mods should i do first?


Hey i just got a 1999 cobra, with only 11,000 miles on it. I want to put some mods on it, but out of these three i dont know what i should do first, Intake, Exaust, Or Get a tuner? What should i do first?

tune with and intake, 3.90's, exhaust, control arms.

exhaust!!! then def a shifter, then cai. trust me, i have the same car and teh shifter is so worth it

thanks im trying to save up for an exaust system now, but i dont know which headers, x-pipe or H- pipe, or which system to get? I want my car to be real loud, and have that nasty tone.

IIRC '99 still has the T45... so the first thing you should do if you plan on any sort of aggressive driving is an aftermarket shifter with positive stops.

btw not trying to ruin the thread.. just tired of seeing the same questions pop up every day from a different person.

but for the record. intake, exhaust, mid pipe, then tune. but if you want headers be sure to wait on the x pipe so you can get them for long tubes. if you buy the mid pipe for stock manifolds you wil have to get shorty headers or buy a whole new mid pipe to match the long tubes
