what is a good list of mods that would make a 03 cobra push 700hp or over

I'm not totally sure, but an upgraded supercharger will be needed.

id say kenne bell, stroke the motor, p&p heads, upgrade the intake and upgrade the exhaust. thats what i would be thinking better fuel pump and injectors. and suspension to put it to the ground

Or replace the supercharger with a turbo setup.

If all you're after is the number, a big, laggy, single turbo will be the way to go.

KB or Whipple. Full header back exhaust, tune, better heat exchanger, high boost, and good shot of n20. You can hit 700 without pulling the heads off if you are good.

Screw getting a big blower and 30#s and belts slipping and coming off,not to mention breaking the snout of the crank. Just do a billet rotating assy,fuel system, and the turbo kit of your choice. You don't need p/p heads or cams with the turbo to reach 700

Best advice. Just about any turbo system for 03/04s will get you 700hp with relative ease.
