tinted tails

Just wandering if anyone had a link to a walkthrough for doing this. Or could just tell me

As far as I could figure you'd take the tails off the car and take the lens off and tint the inside of the lens. Or do you do the outside. Thanks for any advice

yea def on a black car. I just don't like when there to dark. I like them like swervo has them. I just wanted a step by step walkthrough so it gets done right. I think you just take the taillight off and if of has adhesive use a oven to release it tint it. Reheat and reseal it but I could be horribly wrong

just buy tint and cut you own strips. Thu I guess buying them in the perfect shape would be nice. Any kind of special tint that has to be used

I got my tint off ebay for like $20 and it goes on the outside. You will need a squeege, a razor blade to trim the edges and a heat gun or blow dryer, and some patience. Do it right and it will look good. Thats how we did mine.

I bougt a kit for the bumper reflectors too. It is all very tough vinyl tint and it holds up just fine. I wash mine at least once a week if not twice and they don't come off or get damaged. Its good quality stuff. The company is Rvinyl and you can go to their website or look em up on ebay.

No you want something more durable than window tint. The tint I got is a vinyl tint. Its outdoor vinyl made to take the elements and abuse. But at nite you can't even tell its on there, the lights shine thru it perfectly.
