I'm not positive but 10.5 inch rims seem a little to wide for the front. My friend has 315s on his ls1 ws6 and it turns fine. As far as the fan it couldn't hurt to upgrade it. Check places like jegs.com. Lethalperformance.com and lmperformance.com. If anything this will bump the thread back up. But I don't see there being a reason to have to upgrade your fan at this point. Are you sure its the fan and not possibly a fuse. Not to try to say your wrong. Hope I helped

Yeah, seriously check anything electrical related to the fan. A 2003 Cobra fan shouldn't be dead in 2008. If you do a few minutes of braindead research you'll find a replacement fast.
![]() Don't run a 10.5 inch wheel in the front. Obviously for drag racing the smaller the better, but the biggest I'd push the front is 9" which will clear more than fine. If you're worried about running a staggered setup in that case then you probably shouldn't be running a 10.5" rear/9" front at all Adding a 10.5" in the front is not only more weight but will cost you more money to throw new tires on those wheels. The whole point of a 10.5" rear is to A. look nice and fill that wheel wheel and the most important B. to add more tread to the ground which means more traction. Those front wheels aren't doing you much unless you're doing a crazy Focus SVT swap into your Cobra somehow. If you're looking for a cheap staggered setup for your 2003 Cobra you could simply go to eBay. There's a few vendors there that offer a 9"/10.5" wheel setup at really reasonable prices. This is assuming you really like Cobra R / Bullet / FR500 wheels. ![]() Good luck and I wouldn't recommend a 10.5" in the front. Right now off the top of my head I can't think of any benefits to this setup. |

There is a guy running 10.5s all the way around at VIR (road race track). I haven't talked to him to see what he has done to make it run that wide of a rim but I guess it can be done.
