A good drag radial or et street will usually fix the wheelhop issue as well. I ran in the 10's with the factory irs and it was still holding strong with 60's in the 1.50's.

There are two trains of thought with respect to the rear suspension. If you go to the website that Zootoxin recommended it will show you the straight axle build-up or the irs build -up. I chose to build up both of my cobras Irs and with a good pair of rear hides and upgraded half shafts wheel hop has dwindled to almost nothing. Oh and I invested in some good road springs for one and good drag springs for th other.

very true. i finally got some and they've helped alot. T-man2, i noticed that u said u have another car for a daily driver. in that case, i highly recommend that u put drag radials on the back. u can get some nitto 555r's that will last u a good length of time as long as u dont go out doing alot of burnouts.

IMO the nitto is a good all around tire(I used to daily drive on them), but if it's only a weekend sunny day type of car put a Mickey Thompson or a Hoosier on it. They are a 100 times better for traction. They don't last as long, but they are way more fun.

Yep, but that's not the cars fault. Lol.

when u guys say high speed runs do u mean like over 110mph
and like when u guys say like alternators go out is that because like u guys go like 100mph like everyday and stomp on the gas or is that just a common thing that happens during daily drving too.

No, I'm talking about those guys making the long 5th and 6th gear pulls(140-160). As for the alternators, I think it's just a random thing. I haven't had any trouble with mine(knock on wood), but I know alot of owners have.
