01 COBRA FUEL pump relay

i have an 01 cobra changed out the fuel put 3 times in 2 months i just pruchased a gt40 fuel pump and every once in a while in the mornings the car has a hard time staring they said it might be the relay or it need a better ground the ground is fine in my opion if not it wouldnt start at all this problem only happens in the morning it has to crank about 3 or 4 times but after that the rest of the day it satrts up fast the car has all new sensors injectors and is tuned by brenspeed so my question is does anyone know where the fuel relay is located at
