a USB cable that connects your tuner to your computer

Download the custom tune into your programmer, then download it into the car. Easy 123

Where did you get the tune from. And since youre asking this question im assuming you have never done this so it is the base tune, and not the CUSTOM tune.

Joe sends out a base tune, as a starting point. After you tell him your modifications he sends this tune out. Then you plug it to your computer to your car and he gets some readings. Then he sends out a final CUSTOM tune, ya know some tweeks here and there.

And check out the sct website.

1.SCT Automotive Performance Products
2.Select the SCT device you are using in the box.
3.Select device update software in the box.
4.Hit the search button.
5.Download Live Load.

To put the tune into your SCT device you need to have a USB to connect it to your computer.

What SCT device do you have? If you have xcal 2then this is really good tutorial with pics.Tutorial: SCT Xcal2 - How do I download and upload a tune? (w/pics & vid)
