question about idler pulley

i just picked up an 03 cobra. I have not done much reading on the supercharger aspects. It has a steeda i believe 2.8 blower pulley, what would be the recommended idler pulley size and what is the benefit?

i dont know the recommended idler pulley size but the benefit is the idler pulley wrapping the belt around the blower pulley tighter to help prevent "belt slip" (and with belt slip u lose boost and im sure u know how that could be bad)

+1 This is exactly why you do it.
Steeda web site should have that info along with recommended belt size after you change them. Did a quick paint shop illustration. Also attached pic of my set up. My upper is 2.76. so I would imagine you would use the same size as me. Mine are billetflow.

This web site has a lot of great info and perhaps has the right size to match up with your upper pulley.
