I'll continue this tomorrow I have to hit the hay. I have vid at home of this, you can litterally see the compressor wheel shoot out of the exhaust stack like a ball of fire, and into the ceiling. I'm lucky that I had the stack on, and not the regular exhaust it would've taken someone out of the game.

Thats weird. I haven't seen one fail from it. Good info though, I hadn't seen any of that so its good to know.

I've seen it happen many of times, but all on diesels. I've never matched turbos with gas engines.

That might be the kink in the deal. they practicly run on detonation so it might be jumping back down the intake and poping the compressor. who knows. Might have to do some studying on that.

You might, but I'm done building, and hot rodding diesels. They cost way too much.
