the 02+ are forged. maybe 01 also but not sure. the ones with a 90mm maf will be a forged motor. there are places that say the forged lightning motors are stronger than even the termi motors.

so how high can just a simple pully swap and tune get them?
like i really dont understand how he cant just double the psi and be alot faster they come with 8 pounds of boost making 360 horses and 450 tq so running high 12s to low 13s.. logically i dont see why he couldnt simply run like 14 psi and make over 450 to the wheels and run low 12s

so he buys a fuel pump for like 200 bucks, and gets a used intercooler for like 300 bucks
he spends like fucking 600 bucks for everyhign and would beat me even if im spraying......

u lose no matter wat till u cnc port ur heads put on a metal intake forge ur internals and lighten ur car and at 200 shot cause for bang for buck hell always win atleast till u put a jump on him w parts

lightnings won't run low 13s bone stock not a chance. And lightnings may be trucks but there def not slow by any means. Intake exhaust pulley tune that truck will haul ass. Takesquite a bit for a 2v to beat them man there well built. Naturally itll cost him less to beat you everytime he comes stock with a built motor and forced induction.

run the track let everyone kno ur numbers and then talk. i ran 13.9 in an auto stock w tuner style tires. so things do happen. but if i were u i wouldnt just jump to spray. id do control arms, spings, aluminum driveshaft, rear seat delete and see where u were.
