(04 Mach I) Normal Warm Idle oil pressure?

Can someone tell me what the Normal Warm Idle oil pressure is for a stock 04 Mach I motor is. I'm looking to purchase a Factory Five Cobra with a 04 Mach 1 motor but the guy says it runs a low idle PSI when warm. Something like 20-22 PSI. What is the normal oil pressure (PSI) for these motors.

Any help would be much appreciated.

I'd be able to tell you if my oil pressure gauge was working. I'm planning on fixing it in a week or so as I'm too busy this week to get to it. I'll let you know if someone else doesn't reply before then.
