Transmission leak!

I'll cut to the chase and specify where the leak is coming from.

It's splattered only on the right side of the cats and pipe. It's as if it popped internally when on the freeway. It hasn't dripped or leaked since then.

I was told either a seal (one by a converter) I do believe Its above the front sway bar. What are the common places on a trans for leaks to occur?

There is a pic below where my next door neighbor (Mercedez Mechanic) indicated the leak originated. I hardly use the car but seeing it in an immobilized state makes me hurt...lol

BTW the car still shifts properly and runs like normal.

If this happens to be a front seal leak, is that something to be concerned about? I'll wait for more input of those who may be more certain, but thank you.

Since I'll be pulling the tranny do you have a recommendation on a mod that'll work as a "bolt on" without any programming, tinkering etc.

Its an automatic. I think the transcooler should be good. How much cooler does it really keep the trans oil.

Yea I know its an auto silly goose. thats why I said a high stall. the stock one is ok but the high stall converters make the fluid hotter and heat is the enemy in an auto. IMO the best cooler you can get for it is the best choice.

Lol...

The TCI you recommended seems fine. Are they easy to install or is it rather difficult? BTW when the tranny will they be removing the exhaust and DS too? If so, than it's time to get a new toy.
