clutch getting heavy
For some reason it seems like my stock clutch is getting harder to push down. I'm on the stock clutch at 19k miles. Is this a sign of a clutch going?

I don't know what a bad clutch feels like. This is my first manual that I've owned, not just driven and it has 55k on the clock. The stock clutch is 12 years old on top of this.
I know the throwout bearing is shot, it'll probably evaporate upon contact with the outside world.

pull the clutch cable and check for it binding up before you go throwing a clutch in it.

that usual means it is going bad but usually happens well aftyer 50,000 miles. Is it very hard or near impossible to put in reverse? If so it is shot if not then like others said it may be the cable. A tech at ford (SVT Certfied) actually told me the cable can get caught on altenator or bound near it
Don't really know how true or possible that is but he definetly told me that. worth checking out I guess.

usually doesn't mean it's going. Could be a cable issue. Or maybe the adjuster is up to something. Besides that I don't know. Well if it's the cable at least that's easy to change. A double bolts and done pushing really. Didn't take me and Smirnoff long to put my Steeda one in. When I did my clutch.

I know the T-45 had reverse issues, but my car is nearly impossible to throw in reverse as of lately. I have to perform a magic trick that goes something like this:
1. Start the car 2. Try reverse 3. Let off the clutch 4. Press clutch it, go to 5th 5. Try reverse, go to fourth 6. Try fourth, let off clutch, go to reverse 7. Repeat depressing and pressing the clutch and throwing it into high gears until it finds reverse
