need help asap!!!!
hey guys i'm confused as hell lol!!!!!.....i have no cats and i used mil's but the light was still on then i turned them off with my tuner and its still on what could the prob be......and does anyone know a step by step for putting the tune in ur car using the sct xcal 3

have you got the codes it's throwing? That would be my first step.

i can 2morrow but when i do the tuner only gives the codes how do i find out what they mean

post 'em up here and/or google search.
Any code with a number under 1024 is a universal code, and is the same across all OBDII implementations, so you should be able to find those on google pretty easy. Any code over that is specific to make/model, and someone here should either know what they are, or be able to point you to the thread that has them all.

ok thanks guys....and i plan on takin the car to the track friday....are mustangs like other cars and don't run right when the cel is on

did you reset the computer before you turned them off with the tuner? you need to clear the codes first. Then see if it comes back. try that

and this may be a dumb ques. lol....but to reset the computer is it like the old cars where u just disconnect the the battery cuz my buddies rx8 is a wierd long process

yea just unhook the battery for a little while then hook it back up and see if the light is off. If not use the tuner and read what code it is
