cobra/gt crank the same?

Is the forged cobra crank the same size and stroke as the gt crank? are they fully interchangable without modification?

Cobra cranks are all 8 bolts, so if you have a Winsdor engine, it's fully interchangeable without having to change a thing. i put one in when i did my rebuild...
