Need wheel.tire fitment help!!!

I have a '01 Cobra with the stock IRS. Can I run a 15x10 wheel with a 28x10 slick without having to F with the suspension? And what about the fronts, I wanna run skinnies but am not about to swap to Gt or V6 brakes. I know someone has the answers....

If this is what you really want to do with the car then go solid axle, it will be much stronger and you'll have less issues in the long run.

Ya Ive tossed the solid axle idea around and decided to keep the IRS cause its not gonna be on the drag strip too too much. But when it is, I want it setup properly. If by some stroke of awesomeness I stumble onto another cobra, oh yes its getting the full drag treatment.
