thundersports auto here in south florida, he said it could be the plugs, i think thats a possibility since all the new added parts and hp they prob need to be regapped i just dont know wht gap to run, even though b4 doing the mods the car had a slight miss, oh and now if i brake hard sometimes the car will shut off

when i go about 46ish to 5k rpm's the car breaks up and then kinda catches on but i can notice there isn't much power after that maybe its the Heaton since the car has 78k miles n the clock

I would change the fuel filter and see if that helps. then if it still does it then change the plugs out.

I had the same problem when I would let off the gas at over 30mph it would go off on me,I reset the pcm and hasn't done it since.I'm not sure about the 5k thing it might be the tune but if it has 78k and yopu just got it I would change the plugs first+fuel filter.

why dont you datalog the tune and let the guy check it out. maybe its leaning out? or something gay like that

regardless datalog might help you find the problem area

SaleenWolf720: need horsepower?? no, you just need bald tires, then you'll really feel the power

true true... almost sounds like a vacuum leak to me though... no lean codes? try a koer self test, see if it pulls any codes... check your 02 readings while spraying carb cleaner around the intake... and try the datalogging thing, see if it fattens up or leans out.. that will point you in the right direction.. any fuel issue will lean up and a spark issue, it'll run rich up top...

maybe you need to get a colder plug with the proper gap since you are making more boost, fuel filter or bad gas
