wheel spacer with drag wheels???

i traded some a car for some cash and wheels. what i got was some knock off weld pro stars with 275/50/15 m/t et streets. they came off a 00 gt. he told me he has cobra breaks. well not the same brakes as me because i put the wheels on and they fit but they rub on the bolt that holds the brake hose on the caliper. thats kind of an important piece so i better keep it there. my question is can you run like a 1/4" or 1/2" wheel spacer with these types or wheels?

Ive heard of some people grinding that bolt a tiny bit to fit 15s. But personally Id either get Gt brakes, or get rid of the 15s and get some 16 inch Bogarts. The latter is my plan.

It's called the banjo bolt. I shaved mine down.
