when i did a pulley swap i just figured out how long my belt was that i had been using, looked at the tensoner stop tabs and guestemated about where i needed to be and went to the parts store and bought 2 different belts then used the one that put the stop tabs closest to the middle..then returned the other one...someone will tell you one thing and someone tell you another, i was told two different things and both were wrong

i like the gaterbacks....you could try to use your stock belt. try to put it on and if its too short or long, then just look and see about how much too short/long it is. figure out how long yours is with the numbers that are on it. i think the belts come in 1/2 inch incraments. then just go up/down a size or two...i dont know if you can use a aux. idler pulley with the stock upper..i think they run into each other. i dont have a lower pulley just an 2.76 upper with 90 mm aux idler. if you go to goodyear gaterbacks website they have a chart with tons of different belt sizes

I used CobraBobs website. Here's the link. Alot of useful info in there. If you look to the left there is a belt selection guide. Most people use either a Goodyear Gatorback or a Gates.
