My Cobra stopped stalling For now

I know a lot of you with the same mods have posted the same problem. well, I hope it is good to go. It appears it wasnt a vacuum link. I have the accufab 65MM throttle body and the slip bolt on the TB adjusting srew was slipping and backing out because the installers and tuners didnt tighten it very well. Once we raised the idle which changed my WOT perameters in my tune from 95 to 98 and tightened the bolt it maintained its 920 idle. Rich from RadMustang and I did this test ourselves and is so far working out.

whats this stalling youre talking about? is it when you got it floored going through the gears and it stalls real quick after you let the clutch out in the next gear?

thats what mines doing.

exactly-. it also does it when I stop fast at a light and push clutch in and when I am turning the steering wheel strong to pull in a lot. Pulled cobras need higher idle. What is your steady idle when car is warm and sitting ? I was at 720 and stalling and now I am at 920-1000 cold and 880 and strong when warm...so far so good. A digital tach gives a more acurrate reading. check the shift light and tach combo I bought from auto meter. You can see it in my sig. what tune do you have-I am diablo.

I have a Steig stage 4 port, BF 2.76, BF 4 piece idler, Accufab t/b, Magnaflow tru-x pipe, Borla catback, JLT cai, Diablosport Mafia, KB BAP, and tuned with a Predator. I'm putting down 476rwhp with the belt slipping. I can't remember how much rwtq, but want to say it's like 480 or 490. Once I notch the tensioner and go to a half inch smaller belt I should be right around 500rwhp..

Basically the same as you, except I'm ported and you have a heat exchanger.
