Very bored right after school on friday just thought i would express my dissapointment at how slow excessive motorsports is taking to finish with my car and that everytime they get busy other cars get priority although my car has been sittin there for almost a month now

Well it all started with goodyear tellin me that i need an entire new engine so I said FU and towed it to excessive nd they took a look at it nd put a new crank pulley on cuz somehow the puylley i had on it knocked the key off and fucked up the piston timin chain so they retimed the engine put new gaskets in, new plugs then called me to pick it up. then called back 5 mins later sayin that he forgot to look at the cylinder heads( thats the first thing i told them to check out cuz there was knockin sound coming from passenger side cylinder heads) and then a week later pulled them out and said i had to get two intake valves machined down cuz they were bent. nd its been a week since they said they were gonna send them to a machine shop nd still havent sent them there yet. so I got to wait at the least another week and a half for that to get done... sorry for the novel i just typed haha

i knew a guy who told a kid that brought his 96 cobra to get worked on, he told the kid it needed head/valve work because there was a tapping, it was actually just a guide for timing chain went bad and the chain was slapping the cover, so basically he lied to the kid and made alot more money

just reminded me of the story

doing anything to the motor while its out?

nah just getting it machined down. I trust the Chris guy that works there cuz he has done other work to my car. but there was deff some stuff wrong with the heads idk what it was cuz i didnt take them apart but there just really slackin on the time aspect. they said they would send it to the machine shop last saturday and they still havnt. and not havin my car for a month reallllly sucks..

this is good to know. i'm moving up to that area in about a month or so, and i researched local places through nvmc.com. i checked out Excessive's site and signed up on the forums there, too. hopefully your situation gets resolved. i know what it's like to be without your car for a while. i was without my Stang for most of last year all because of a spun rod bearing...

ya i mean its a good shop but i hear stuff about them being shady like someone told me he went to get new gears put it nd he brought them a new set of 4.10s nd they used some old set and sold his new ones. dk how he found that out but just FYI. what part you movin to?
